About Alex

Alex combines the elixir of passion and an open heart with a sweet but sharp-edged sound that will wind around your heart. An active singer and songwriter, Alex can be found performing across Montreal in pop and rock bands, as front and backup singer, improvising with jazz emsembles and performing at local venues, including Place des Arts. In addition to receiving airplay and a FACTOR grant for her original material, Alex has studied with musicians such as Christopher Smith, Jacques Labelle, Eric Harding and Josh Rager.
